Tate led the way with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Freshman CJ Jackson had 9 points. Neither were enough to hold back the Cavaliers playing at home in the second half. The Buckeyes made 50% of their FG’s and 84.6% of their FT’s. They had 31 rounds tying the Virginia Cavs. The big difference was the 20 turnovers compared to only 10 for Virginia.
